## Title: Field Sales Officer
About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional to join our sales team in a dynamic field-based position.
Responsibilities
- Actively seek out new customers, including direct buyers, bulk buyers, and walk-in customers
- Engage in cold outreach and face-to-face marketing at shops and marketplaces to generate new leads
- Meet weekly targets for direct buyers, bulk buyers, and walk-in customers
- Increase sales through personal interactions and direct marketing efforts
- Develop in-depth product knowledge to effectively explain and promote offerings to customers
- Address customer needs and facilitate sales using comprehensive product knowledge
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business
- Follow up with customers regularly to ensure satisfaction and identify new sales opportunities
- Report weekly on marketing progress, including number of new customers acquired, sales made, and customer feedback
- Highlight successful tactics and suggest areas for improvement in reports
- Follow weekly marketing plans established by the Head of Marketing
- Ensure marketing activities are aligned with business goals and target customer segments
- Collaborate with sales and operations teams to ensure smooth transactions and customer satisfaction
- Provide customer feedback to support improvements in product offerings and services
Requirements
- OND, HND, or Bachelor's Degree
- 2–4 years of work experience
