Field Radio Engineer

We are seeking an experienced professional for this opening. Key Responsibilities: - Install, configure, and commission radio equipment, antennas, and related infrastructure at field sites. - Ensure compliance with technical specifications and safety standards. - Monitor and troubleshoot RF network issues, including signal interference and equipment faults. - Perform routine preventive maintenance to maximize network uptime. - Conduct RF measurements and performance tests to optimize coverage and capacity. - Analyze and adjust radio parameters to improve network efficiency. - Maintain accurate site records, including equipment logs, site surveys, and test results. - Prepare reports for management on network performance and issues. - Work with network engineers, technicians, and vendors to implement network upgrades and solutions. - Ensure field activities align with project timelines and organizational standards. - Adhere to health, safety, and environmental regulations on all sites. - Ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements for RF emissions and licensing. Requirements: - Candidates should possess an NCE/Bachelor’s Degree with 2 years of relevant work experience.
