What You Will Do - You will be leading our field operations. - Coordinating multiple projects. - Track daily performance against KPIs and troubleshoot any field-level issues. - Manage teams of supervisors, marketers, and promoters to ensure we hit our daily targets and project deadlines. Who You Are - You are results-driven, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding performance KPIs. - You are a master of multitasking, able to manage multiple teams and projects simultaneously without losing sight of the details. - You are an excellent communicator, able to motivate and lead field teams effectively. - You are data-focusedand assertive, ensuring all field reports are accurate and delivered on time. - You understand that experiential marketing isn't just a 9-to-5 job; weekend availability is required.
