## Title: Field Operations Officer

Role Description

We are hiring a full-time Field Operations Officer to work on-site at our office in Minna, Niger State. The primary responsibilities of this role include managing and coordinating field operations, ensuring operational efficiency, and maintaining quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage potential customers to sell loans and meet loan disbursement targets
  • Conduct client onboarding to offer loans and services that meet specific financial needs
  • Develop and maintain a strong customer base and business network for continuous loan booking with new and existing customers
  • Engage with customers to educate them on new loan products
  • Identify opportunities and areas for business growth
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with Niger State MDA payroll officers and the Ministry of Digital Economy to facilitate submission of monthly deduction schedules
  • Ensure monthly deductions are remitted on time
  • Administer Niger State business operations

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum OND qualification in any field
  • Based in Minna, Niger State
  • Fluent in Hausa language
  • Minimum 2 years' experience selling loan products
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
