About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Field Marketer. In this role, you will execute on-site marketing strategies and increase organizational awareness. Key Responsibilities

• Intelligently profile prospective clients
• Engage with potential customers on-site
• Collect feedback and insights to improve the overall customer experience
• Ensure proper documentation of prospective client information
• Communicate findings to management teams for strategic decision-making

Requirements

• SSCE / OND / HND / B.Sc Degree in any related field
• 1–3 years of proven experience in field surveying, preferably in the tourism industry
• Strong interpersonal skills, creativity, and the ability to work independently
• Ability to work comfortably in diverse environments and adapt to different situations and challenges in the field
• Boldness and effective communication skills
• Friendly, approachable, and professional personality
• Willingness and ability to travel
