Field Marketer

We are seeking an experienced professional for this opening. Major Responsibilities - Promote the company’s products and services to potential customers in assigned locations. - Actively engage with individuals, SMEs, and retailers to onboard them onto the company’s e-commerce platform. - Conduct field surveys and gather market insights to support marketing strategy. - Distribute flyers, samples, and promotional materials where necessary. - Drive customer sign-ups, sales conversions, and brand awareness. - Maintain accurate records of daily activities, leads, and conversions. - Represent the brand positively and professionally at all times. Requirements: - Minimum of OND or its equivalent. - 1-3 years of work experience. - Previous experience in field marketing, sales, or customer acquisition. - Strong communication and persuasion skills. - Ability to work independently and meet targets. - Must be confident, presentable, and goal-oriented. - Willingness to work outdoors and visit designated field locations. - Basic understanding of e-commerce, online shopping, or digital platforms is an added advantage.
