Role Overview

The Field Executive is responsible for driving bulk sales, managing key customer relationships, coordinating deliveries, and expanding market presence across assigned territories.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate bulk orders and meet sales targets
  • Build and manage relationships with wholesalers, retailers, and key accounts
  • Coordinate order processing and delivery with Van Sales teams
  • Conduct market intelligence and customer feedback reporting
  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports

Requirements

  • Age: 25 – 45 years
  • Sales experience in FMCG or beverage distribution (advantageous)
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and customer management skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Good reporting, planning, and time management skills

Compensation Package

  • Basic Salary: ₦90,000
  • Incentives: ₦150,000
  • Conveyance: ₦50,000
