About the Role

The Field Engineer Trainee will assist and support Engineers and Specialists in the field. This is a hands-on training position focused on developing expertise in the ISP business, including tools and services specific to the assigned business line.

Successful candidates are rapid learners who use logic to solve problems and are personally committed to continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide engineering support for projects in various stages of design, estimating, and installation
• Develop functional and technical skills required for assignments
• Assist in the preparation of bid packages
• Support Project Managers with preparation and maintenance of construction schedules
• Maintain installation files and logs
• Receive, review, forward, and track status of submittals and change orders
• Update installation schedules based on project team input
• Track and inspect material deliveries
• Assist in preparation of monthly project status reports
• Attend project and departmental meetings and record meeting minutes
• Assist in planning, preparation, and execution of jobs to design and client specifications with the goal of 100% service delivery

Requirements

• SSCE qualification with passes in Mathematics, English, and Physics
• Age: 18–24 years old
• Preference given to candidates living in or near Agege, Lagos
