Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Ikeja. The Field Engineer will provide technical support, troubleshooting, and field service to ensure effective installation and maintenance of security and information technology systems. This role involves project management tasks, including planning and executing projects, while maintaining clear and consistent communication with clients and team members to ensure project success.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for security and IT systems
• Deliver field service for system installation and maintenance
• Plan and execute projects according to specifications
• Communicate clearly with clients and team members throughout projects
• Manage multiple tasks independently

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or related field
• Technical support and field service experience with troubleshooting expertise
• Project management skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Effective communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Previous experience in the security or IT industry (preferred)
