Position Overview: - We are seeking a charismatic and professional Model to be the face of our African Ready-to-Wear collections. - This role is not just about posing for photos; you will be a "Content Model," working closely with our Content Creator to produce high-energy Reels, TikToks, and "walk-and-turn" videos that bring our designs to life. - You will play a vital role in our monthly production sprints at our Ibadan production base. Core Responsibilities - Photography & Studio Shoots: Pose for high-quality product photography, including catalog shots, lookbooks, and editorial spreads for social media. - Short-Form Video Production: Perform in "ready-to-wear" transitions, styling videos, and catwalk-style Reels/TikToks. You must be comfortable with "hook-driven" content and lip-syncing where necessary. - Fit Modeling: Provide feedback on the comfort, movement, and fit of new designs during the production phase to ensure high quality for our customers. - Brand Representation: Embody the "Torias Woman"—confident, elegant, and proud of African heritage. - Collaboration: Work efficiently with the Content Creator, and tailoring team to achieve the vision for each collection. Requirements: - Physique: We Prefer a Model physique for African Ready-to-Wear (Bubu, Ankara, Kimonos). - Good Height - Sizing: Good shapethat displays our fabric drapes perfectly. - Vibe: Confident, elegant, and comfortable with high-energy video content. - Movement Skills: Ability to walk confidently and hold varied poses for extended periods. - Experience: Previous modeling experience is an advantage, but we welcome "new faces" with great potential ! - Professionalism: Extreme punctuality is required and we need you handle quick outfit changes without damaging garments. - Physical Maintenance: Commitment to maintaining a consistent physical appearance (skin, hair, and size) to ensure brand continuity. - Location: Ibadan (must be based here or able to easily commute to our production base). What We Offer - Salary: N60,000 - N80,000 monthly. - Professional Content: High-quality photos and videos to build your personal portfolio. - Brand Exposure: Featured on our growing social media platforms for our parent company.
