Job Summary

We are recruiting Farm Workers to carry out various farm tasks including planting, weeding, harvesting, animal care, cleaning, and general maintenance. Candidates must be physically fit, hardworking, and able to work effectively under supervision or as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in land preparation, planting, and weeding of crops
• Participate in harvesting and post-harvest handling of farm produce
• Feed, water, and care for livestock (if applicable)
• Operate simple farm tools and assist in loading and unloading materials
• Keep farm areas clean and organized
• Report any damages, pests, or irregularities to the supervisor
• Follow all safety and operational procedures on the farm
• Support other assigned tasks as needed by management

Requirements

• Minimum of Primary, SSCE, or equivalent qualification
• Experience in farm work is an advantage but not compulsory (training will be provided)
• Must be physically fit and able to perform manual labor
• Responsible, reliable, and willing to learn
• Ability to work long hours and under varying weather conditions
• Good attitude and team spirit
