About the Role

This position offers a great opportunity for career growth. We are seeking an experienced Farm Supervisor to manage our agricultural operations in the Lagos area. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of farm supervisory experience and will help manage the plant and mill production of the farmland, reporting directly to the owner. Free accommodation will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise the oil mill and plant operations to ensure proper handling and maintenance on a daily basis
• Maximize production through effective farm management and oversight
• Monitor and ensure the health and high productivity of the plants
• Participate in day-to-day farm work as needed

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of farm supervisor experience with a proven track record
• Oil milling machine operating experience
• Clean background with no criminal record
• Trustworthy and reliable professional
• Preferably residing in or willing to relocate to the Ogii Okigwe area
