Factory Worker (Sachet Water Producing Factory) at Modelling Consults Ltd

About the Role

We are recruiting a dedicated Factory Worker for a growing sachet water manufacturing company located along Lagos-Abeokuta Expressway, Lagos State, Nigeria. This is a dynamic position offering exposure to various aspects of factory operations, from production to sales and distribution.

Reporting Structure

You will report to the Business Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Arrange sachet water in the factory during ongoing production
• Repack bags of sachet water when leakages occur
• Assist the production unit to ensure seamless production shifts
• Operate various production shifts (day or night)
• Support purchasing of packing bags
• Assist in distribution of sachet water within the neighbourhood
• Participate in Good Manufacturing Practice exercises every Thursday
• Support end-to-end factory operations and supply chain activities
• Assist with washing sales vehicles
• Ensure factory cleaning and compliance with environmental regulations
• Load sachet water bags into vehicles for sales (typically done the day before sales)
• Collect sales proceeds with the sales driver and report daily
• Support sales functions and driver activities
• Perform other duties as directed by the sales driver or Business Manager
