Factory Manager at Workforce Group

Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified Factory Manager to oversee daily operations at our facility in Costain, Lagos. The successful candidate will ensure efficient production while maintaining strict adherence to quality and safety standards. This role involves coordinating factory staff, monitoring production output and inventory, and driving continuous operational improvements. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership skills, hands-on experience in factory or production management, and the ability to maintain smooth and compliant factory activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate day-to-day factory operations to ensure efficient workflow
• Ensure all production processes meet established quality, safety, and regulatory standards
• Manage factory staff, including scheduling, task assignment, training, and performance monitoring
• Monitor inventory levels, production output, and operational efficiency
• Collaborate with management to implement process improvements and resolve operational challenges
• Prepare routine reports on production activities, staff performance, and resource usage

Required Qualifications

• HND qualification or equivalent in a relevant field
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in factory supervision, production management, or related roles
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Proactive, result-oriented mindset with ability to thrive in a fast-paced production environment

Compensation

N350,000 - N400,000 per month
