Factory Manager

Job Rsponsibilities - To oversee facility operations and manage a team of production staff - To schedule/perform maintenance on equipment as the need arises and ensuring compliance with safety standards to maintain a productive work environment. - To supervise production staff, create work schedules, assign tasks and coordinate manufacturing activities. - To estimate manufacturing costs and identify ways of reducing such. - To evaluate staff performance and coach production teams. - To ensure that finished goods meet quality control standards. To monitor production output and adjust processes as necessary to meet deadlines. - To prepare production reports and make recommendations to Management, and - Must possess Leadership skills and Problem-solving abilities. Required Qualifications: and Experience - The ideal candidate should have a B. Sc /HND in relevant field preferably Mechanical, Electrical or Agric Engineering or any other relevant field. - Minimum of five (5) years of experience in Leadership or Supervisory roles in production facilities such as Food, Beverages and Recycling Factories. - A Master's Degree will be an added advantage.
