Position Overview

We are recruiting a Factory HR Manager to lead human resources initiatives and support operational excellence across our manufacturing facility.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with plant management to develop objectives and development goals that create accountability and drive strong business results
• Support management with coaching techniques for hourly employees
• Provide expertise on leadership development, performance management, change management, and resource planning
• Oversee employee relations and handle grievances
• Conduct performance management and appraisal processes
• Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing
• Oversee on-boarding and orientation programs
• Support health and safety initiatives

Required Qualifications

• B.Sc. in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• At least 5 years of experience in a manufacturing factory environment
• 7 years of HR experience
• Proficiency in HR software such as SAP SuccessFactors
• Strong knowledge of labour laws and regulations
