Factory Assistant

Position Overview: - IDMANN is seeking hardworking and reliable Factory Assistants to support daily production and operational activities in its factory/food processing unit. - The role involves assisting with production processes, maintaining hygiene standards, and supporting smooth factory operations. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in daily production and packaging processes - Support machine operators during production - Maintain cleanliness and hygiene within the factory - Follow safety and quality control procedures - Assist with loading and off-loading of materials - Carry out basic cleaning of equipment and work areas - Perform other factory-related duties as assigned Requirements: & Qualifications - Minimum of FSLC / SSCE - Previous factory or production experience is an advantage (not compulsory) - Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team - Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks - Willingness to work shifts or overtime when required - Honest, punctual, and hardworking Added Advantage: - Experience in food processing, bakery, or water production - Knowledge of basic safety and hygiene practices.
