Location: Oba, Anambra Job Summary - Grundtvig Schools require the services of a resident Facility & Works Officer 2 to join the team responsible for the maintenance of all facilities. - The officer will supervise and manage junior technical/maintenance staff, oversee construction projects, and liaise with relevant external bodies when required. Requirements The ideal candidate should possess: - A good diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering. - At least 3 years’ relevant work experience. - Knowledge of facility management best practices. - Computer literacy and good verbal and written communication skills. - Good interpersonal, teamworking, organisational and leadership skills. - Ability to generate relevant tasks and work with minimal supervision. - Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
