## Title: Facility Technician

Job Summary

This role supports the Facility Lead in maintaining building facilities and equipment while delivering top-quality service to users. You will ensure the facility operates effectively and efficiently, performing essential technical and maintenance tasks across multiple systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform essential technical tasks related to facility maintenance, including electrical, plumbing, and general repair work
  • Conduct regular inspections of the facility to identify hazards and implement risk mitigation measures
  • Oversee the repair and maintenance of equipment, systems, and structures within the facility
  • Ensure that facilities are well-maintained and that repairs are executed promptly and efficiently
  • Manage the facility's space, including allocating areas for different functions, coordinating moves and changes, and assisting with design and layout
  • Organize and maintain accurate records of all facility maintenance activities
  • Manage the facility's environmental impact and ensure compliance with relevant regulations

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum OND in a relevant field
  • 2–4 years of relevant work experience
  • Technical knowledge of facility management systems
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Physical fitness and willingness to work flexible hours
