Facility Technician

An established company is recruiting for the following position. Position Overview: - Performs routine maintenance and repairs on electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other building systems - Inspects facilities and equipment to identify issues and ensure proper functioning - Responds promptly to maintenance requests and emergency repair situations - Installs, tests, and calibrates new equipment or systems as needed - Maintains accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections - Ensures compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations - Coordinates with vendors, contractors, and service providers for specialized repairs or installations - Monitors building systems to optimize energy efficiency and reduce operational costs - Assists in facility upgrades, renovations, and preventive maintenance programs - Supports a safe, clean, and efficient work environment for all staff and occupants. Requirements: - Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 1 - 3 years of experience.
