Facility Technician

We are seeking an experienced professional for this opening. Key Responsibilities: Mechanical Technician: - Conduct routine inspection, maintenance, and repair of mechanical systems and equipment. - Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical faults in machinery, HVAC systems, and other facility equipment. - Ensure all equipment is functioning safely and efficiently. - Maintain accurate maintenance records and reports. Electrical & Electronics Technician: - Install, maintain, and repair electrical and electronic systems, including lighting, wiring, control panels, and automation systems. - Diagnose and troubleshoot faults in electrical circuits and electronic devices. - Ensure compliance with safety standards and electrical codes. - Maintain proper documentation of maintenance and repair activities. Generator Technician: - Operate, maintain, and repair generators and associated power systems. - Conduct routine inspections, load testing, and preventive maintenance of generators. - Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical faults in generators. - Maintain service logs and ensure availability of backup power as required. Requirements: - Minimum 5 years of relevant hands-on experience. - Strong knowledge of equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair procedures. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Attention to detail, safety-conscious, and proactive in problem-solving. - Good communication and interpersonal skills.
