Facility Supervisor at HR-EX Consulting

About the Role

Our client, a fast-growing fitness and wellness hub, is urgently seeking an experienced Facility Supervisor to oversee all aspects of the facility's operations, maintenance, and safety. You will lead a dynamic team in ensuring optimal facility performance and compliance with all regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily facility operations, including cleaning, maintenance, and repairs
• Conduct routine inspections of gym equipment and infrastructure to ensure safety standards are met
• Liaise with vendors, technicians, and support staff for repairs and maintenance needs
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Manage inventory of supplies and equipment
• Support front desk and fitness staff in facility-related matters
• Maintain facility logs and generate regular reports for management
• Supervise janitorial, technical, and security teams
• Monitor facility performance and implement improvements
• Coordinate facility readiness for classes, events, and promotions
• Create and maintain facility reports and budgets

Required Qualifications

• HND/BSc degree in Engineering, Facility Management, or related field
• Previous experience in facility oversight or maintenance coordination
• Strong leadership, planning, and negotiation skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Computer proficiency

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with fitness equipment and safety standards
