Position Overview: - The Facility Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of project activities within assigned health facilities. - The role involves supervising field teams, ensuring accurate clinical data collection, supporting digital health tools usage, and ensuring adherence to project protocols, particularly in maternal health monitoring, including preeclampsia and other pregnancy-related conditions. Required Qualifications: - Bachelor’s Degree (BSc) preferably in health sciences, biological sciences, or related disciplines. - Added certifications are helpful Required Skills & Competencies: - Strong verbal and written communication skills. - Good technical and digital literacy, including Excel and basic data tools. - Tech-savvy with the ability to learn and use digital health platforms. - Attention to detail and accuracy in data handling. - Ability to supervise teams and work collaboratively. - Willingness to learn and apply maternal health knowledge.
