## Title: Facility Officer

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Facility Officer to join SOW Real Estate Limited in Lagos. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation, maintenance, and management of our facilities while supporting day-to-day operational needs. Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the general maintenance, cleanliness, and security of the facility
  • Conduct routine inspections of the premises to identify issues and ensure compliance with safety standards
  • Coordinate and supervise technicians, cleaners, and external contractors
  • Manage repairs, improvements, and facility-related projects
  • Monitor and maintain inventory of facility supplies
  • Ensure all equipment and systems (electrical, plumbing, mechanical, etc.) are functioning effectively
  • Respond promptly to facility-related emergencies or urgent issues
  • Prepare and submit regular facility reports

Requirements

  • OND, HND, or B.Sc Degree in Facility Management, Engineering, Estate Management, or related field
  • Prior experience in facility management or a similar role is an added advantage
  • Strong knowledge of building systems and maintenance procedures
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask and work with minimal supervision
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency with basic computer applications (Microsoft Office)
