## Title: Facility Officer

About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Facility Officer to join our team at Sageto Limited. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our facilities, providing a safe and healthy environment for employees, visitors, and guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day facility operations, including maintenance, repairs, and inspections
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, fire safety standards, and environmental policies
  • Coordinate with vendors and contractors for facility-related services
  • Develop and implement facility maintenance schedules and budgets
  • Provide support for events and meetings
  • Maintain accurate records and reports

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in facilities management or related field preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in facility management or related field
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
