Facility Officer

We are looking for a qualified candidate to fill this position. Position Overview: - We are seeking an efficient Facility Officer will beresponsible for ensuring that factory buildings, equipment, utilities, and work environments are well maintained, safe, and functional to support smooth furniture production operations. - The role focuses on maintenance coordination, safety, and efficient use of facilities. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee the day-to-day maintenance of factory buildings, offices, and production areas. - Ensure proper functioning of utilities such as power supply, water systems, generators, compressors, and lighting. - Coordinate routine inspections, repairs, and servicing of factory equipment and facilities. - Monitor cleanliness, waste management, and general factory housekeeping. - Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations within the facility. - Supervise external vendors, technicians, and service providers. - Maintain records of maintenance activities, repairs, and facility-related expenses. - Identify facility risks and report safety hazards for prompt resolution. - Support emergency preparedness and respond to facility-related incidents. - Ensure efficient use of company assets and prevent damage or misuse. Required Qualifications: & Requirements - HND / Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Building Technology, or a related field. - 2–4 years’ experience in facilities or maintenance roles, preferably in a manufacturing environment. - Basic knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and building maintenance. - Familiarity with factory safety standards and maintenance procedures. - Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and work with minimal supervision.
