Key Responsibilities: - Ensure full functionality and readiness of office spaces, utilities, and support services. - Oversee generator operations, servicing, fueling, and routine testing. - Coordinate routine and corrective maintenance for electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and building systems. - Liaise with vendors and contractors for facility and generator-related services. - Conduct regular facility inspections and promptly address defects. - Monitor compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field. - Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role within a hotel front office. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. - Proficiency in hotel management software (e.g., Opera, Fidelio). - Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
