Key Responsibilities: - Support daily operations of all company facilities - Maintain accurate logs and prepare regular reports - Support other departments in facility-dependent tasks - Ensure proper use and maintenance Of facilities and equipment - Minimize administrative errors, lost documents, and record inconsistencies. - Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to maintain compliance and drive innovation Requirements: - B.Sc./HND with at least a second-class upper (2.1) in Engineering, Building Technology, Facility Management, Urban and Regional Planning, Estate Management, Hospitality or a related field - 1—3 years of experience in facility or operations management, preferably in a multisite environment - Strong knowledge of facility systems, maintenance processes, and vendor management - Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance standards
