About the Position
We are seeking a qualified Facility Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations, maintenance, and safety of our facility. This role is responsible for managing budgets, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, coordinating maintenance and repairs, and supervising staff and contractors for services including cleaning, security, and IT support. You will also manage space utilization, vendor relationships, and drive strategic initiatives such as energy efficiency and sustainability.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all maintenance, repairs, and cleaning of interior and exterior areas to ensure the facility is safe, clean, and functional
- Manage facility budgets and conduct financial analysis
- Ensure the facility meets all relevant health, safety, and security regulations and standards
- Coordinate maintenance and repair services with external contractors
- Supervise facility staff and service providers including cleaning, security, and IT support teams
- Manage space allocation and vendor relationships
- Implement strategic initiatives focused on energy efficiency and sustainability
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
- Previous facility management experience
- Must reside in or around Lekki Business School (LBS), Sangotedo area

Compensation
