About the Role

A dynamic team is expanding and looking for the right talent to join as a Facility Manager. This role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of facility operations and maintenance at our dental clinic.

Key Responsibilities

Maintenance and Operations

• Oversee the maintenance, repair, and upkeep of the building's physical assets, including HVAC, electrical systems, and plumbing

Staff and Vendor Management

• Supervise internal staff (maintenance, cleaning, and security teams)
• Manage contracts with third-party vendors for services including catering, security, and landscaping

Project Management

• Plan and coordinate projects, including building renovations, office moves, and new installations

Budgeting and Administration

• Develop and manage budgets for facility operations, equipment, and staff
• Handle administrative tasks including record-keeping and contract negotiation

Health and Safety

• Ensure the facility is compliant with all health, safety, and environmental regulations
• Conduct safety inspections
• Develop emergency response plans
• Manage waste disposal

Security

• Implement and oversee security measures for the facility and grounds

Strategic Planning

• Contribute to organizational strategic objectives by managing the physical workplace effectively and cost-efficiently
