Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the company's facilities, ensuring functionality, safety, and efficiency
• Plan and coordinate maintenance activities (preventive and corrective)
• Manage vendor relationships and service contracts for facility services (cleaning, security, power, repairs, etc.)
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards
• Develop and implement facility management policies and procedures
• Manage budgets for facility operations and monitor expenditures
• Coordinate space management, office setup, and refurbishment projects
• Respond promptly to facility-related emergencies and resolve issues efficiently

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in facility management or a similar role
• Strong knowledge of building systems (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, security)
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and facility management software (an added advantage)
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
