## Title: Facility Manager

About the Role

Fort Knox Group is expanding its team and seeking a dynamic Facility Manager to oversee operations across a diverse portfolio of properties in Lagos, Nigeria.

Salary

₦500,000 – ₦600,000 monthly

Properties Under Management

  • A 5-story commercial building
  • One corporate office
  • One residential building
  • Two residential apartments
  • One storage facility (Apapa)

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily facility operations across all assigned sites
  • Manage maintenance activities, including preventive and corrective repairs
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
  • Supervise and coordinate vendors, contractors, and service providers
  • Monitor facility budgets, utility usage, and operational expenses
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify issues and enforce standards
  • Address tenant concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction and retention
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation for all facilities
  • Ensure security, cleaning, and waste management services run efficiently
  • Recommend and implement improvements to enhance facility performance

Requirements

  • HND/BSc in Facility Management, Engineering, Estate Management, or related field
  • Proven experience managing multi-site commercial and residential properties (preferably in Lagos)
  • Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance procedures, and vendor management
  • Good understanding of HSE regulations and compliance requirements
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple locations effectively
