About the Role

We invite applications from suitably qualified candidates for the position of Facility Manager. This role offers the opportunity to strategically transform facility management operations while ensuring efficient asset utilization and optimal facility performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and implement strategies to ensure efficient management of assets and overall facility performance
• Manage, maintain, and support the reliability of systems, equipment, properties, and assets in the facility
• Oversee all contracts and contractors' functions, providing support for the facility's budget and financial planning
• Maintain and operate the facility by effectively managing resources including budget, staff, contractors, consultants, and finances
• Perform both short-term and long-term planning for property management and development
• Supervise the development and monitoring of the facility maintenance program
• Direct all activities relating to contracted facility services, including technical reviews, materials, equipment, and product requisitions
• Assist and guide contractors in completing tenders and manage assigned projects efficiently
• Conduct detailed analyses and feasibility studies of alternatives to ensure projects are completed within scope, time, and budget
• Research and identify potential areas for facility development in line with established objectives

Required Qualifications

• Relevant qualifications in facility management or related field
• Minimum 3 years of work experience in facility management
