Job description
We are looking for a qualified candidate to fill this position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine inspections and carry out minor maintenance works
- Develop, advise on, and implement scheduled and preventive maintenance plans
- Coordinate repairs and maintenance of school buildings, utilities, and equipment
- Ensure a safe, clean, and conducive learning environment
- Supervise maintenance, cleaning, and grounds staff
- Manage vendors, contractors, and facility-related projects
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards
- Support school activities, events, and examinations with timely facility setup
Requirements:
- Minimum of a Degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Building Technology, or a related field
- Proven experience in facility or property management (school experience is an advantage)
- Ability to conduct maintenance tasks and provide professional advice on maintenance scheduling
- Good knowledge of building systems and safety practices
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
