Key Responsibilities:
- Oversees the operation and maintenance of the estate\'s buildings and facilities.
- Ensure that all properties under management are well-maintained, scheduling and supervising repairs, renovations, and routine maintenance activities.
- Oversee occupant relations, ensuring that lease agreements are adhered to, and handle occupant requests, complaints, and lease renewals.
- Manage the facility\'s budget, track expenses, and ensure that all services and maintenance activities are performed cost-effectively.
- Ensure that properties comply with local health, safety, and environmental regulations, conducting regular inspections and risk assessments.
- Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for various services, such as cleaning, security, and landscaping, ensuring high-quality performance and contract adherence.
- Carryout other duties as assigned by the management.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years experience as a Facility Manager
- Degree or HND in Facility Management or related fields.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in MS Office tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task
- Well versed in basic technical operations and facility management best practices.
