Job description

We are looking for a qualified candidate to fill this position. Position Overview: The Facility Manager is responsible for overseeing the operation, maintenance, and management of client facilities across multiple locations. This includes ensuring the proper functioning of mechanical, electrical, and building systems, managing technicians and service teams, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee the maintenance and operation of mechanical, electrical, HVAC, generators, plumbing, and other building systems across client sites. - Ensure timely and effective execution of preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, and emergency repairs. - Monitor system performance and implement strategies to optimize efficiency, reliability, and lifespan of equipment. Implement quality assurance processes to ensure maintenance and service work meets company and client standards. - Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment to identify and resolve issues proactively. - Prepare and submit detailed reports on maintenance activities, equipment performance, and client site status. - Serve as the main point of contact for clients regarding facility management issues. - Address client concerns, provide technical advice, and ensure high levels of client satisfaction. - Coordinate with clients to schedule maintenance and service activities with minimal disruption. Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field. - Minimum of 5 years’ experience in facility management, preferably overseeing multiple client sites. - Experience managing M& E systems, including HVAC, generators, plumbing, and electrical services. - Proven ability to manage teams of technicians and service personnel. - Strong understanding of preventive maintenance, facility operations, and quality control standards. Skills: - Strong leadership and team management skills. - Excellent communication and client relationship skills. - Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving abilities. - Ability to manage multiple sites and prioritize work effectively. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and facility management software or tools. - Close attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety standards.
