Position Overview: - We are seeking a proactive and organized Facility Manager to oversee the daily operations, maintenance, and safety of our facilities. - The ideal candidate will ensure the workplace is functional, secure, and well-maintained while coordinating vendors, supervising repairs, and managing facility-related administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee routine maintenance, repairs, and general facility upkeep. - Coordinate with vendors, technicians, and service providers - Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards. - Manage utility usage and recommend cost-saving measures. - Supervise cleaning, security, and maintenance personnel where applicable. - Respond promptly to facility emergencies or urgent issues. - Prepare facility reports and updates for management. Requirements: - Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. - Basic technical knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and building systems. - Good communication and vendor-management skills. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
