We are looking for a qualified candidate to fill this position. Job Description
  • The Facilitator will design and deliver high-impact executive-level training focused on leadership transition, strategic thinking, enterprise leadership, board readiness, executive presence, and performance at C-suite level. The role involves delivering both in-person and virtual sessions for senior professionals.
Responsibilities
  • Facilitate executive training sessions on leadership transition to C-suite roles.
  • Develop and customize training content, case studies, role-plays, and assessments.
  • Coach participants on executive mindset, boardroom dynamics, and enterprise leadership.
  • Guide participants on leading strategy, people, finance, risk, and performance at the enterprise level.
  • Lead practical simulations on executive decision-making and crisis leadership.
  • Assess participant performance and submit post-training evaluation reports.
  • Provide individual and group coaching support where applicable.
  • Support continuous improvement of the program curriculum.
Skills
  • Exceptional executive-level facilitation and coaching skills.
  • Deep understanding of C-suite responsibilities (CEO, COO, CFO, CMO, CHRO, CTO).
  • Strong strategic thinking, governance, and enterprise leadership capability.
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • High emotional intelligence and professional discretion.
  • Competence in digital facilitation tools (Zoom, MS Teams, LMS platforms).
Education
  • Minimum of a Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, Finance, Leadership, or related fields.
  • A PhD’s degree (MBA, MPA, MSc, etc.) is strongly preferred.
  • Executive coaching, leadership, or governance certifications are added advantages.
Experience
  • Minimum of 10–15 years senior management or executive-level experience.
  • Demonstrated experience facilitating executive education, leadership development, or board-level programs.
  • Practical C-suite or top-management experience is a strong advantage.
  • Consulting experience with senior leaders is an added benefit.
Remuneration
