A reputable financial organization seeks a dedicated and experienced Treasury Sales Manager to lead deposit mobilization efforts and drive business growth through strategic client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and coordinate mobilization team activities to drive deposit mobilization
• Source appropriately priced and structured deposit liabilities from retail and institutional sources
• Cultivate and expand high-net-worth individual (HNI) clientele on an ongoing basis
• Meet assigned sales targets and quotas
• Cultivate and maintain courteous and efficient relationships with HNI clients
• Provide timely responses to customer feedback and address client-related issues or requests
• Participate in creating new and improved marketing strategies based on field experience
• Innovate and develop attractive value-added deposit products and marketing strategies
• Manage wealth for HNI customers

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Management, Finance, or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience in banking or the financial/treasury sector as a liability generation officer
• Knowledge of banking, accounting, finance, and tax
• Strong presentation and negotiation skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
