## Title: Room Steward

Job Summary

As a Room Steward at EKO Hotels & Suites, you will ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation in our guest rooms, suites, and public areas. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and commitment to excellence will provide our guests with a truly unforgettable experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Clean and maintain guest rooms, suites, and public areas to exceptional standards
  • Ensure impeccable cleanliness and hygiene in bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas
  • Restock linens, amenities, and supplies
  • Report maintenance issues, damages, and lost or found items
  • Provide turndown service and prepare rooms for arrival
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of guest information
  • Collaborate with Housekeeping and Front Office teams

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of housekeeping experience in a luxury hotel
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Physical stamina to lift, push, and pull heavy carts and equipment
  • Fluency in English

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certification in housekeeping or hospitality
  • Previous experience with hotel operating systems
  • Knowledge of hospitality industry standards and best practices
  • Certification in infection control, hygiene, or environmental sustainability
