## Title: Experienced HR Personnel – Hotel Capitol

About the Role

An established hotel group is recruiting an experienced Human Resources professional to manage all HR functions across our chain of hotels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all recruitment needs across hotel chains
  • Conduct training and staff development programs
  • Design and implement compensation and benefits packages
  • Implement performance review procedures, including quarterly/annual and 360° evaluations
  • Develop fair HR policies and ensure employee understanding and compliance
  • Implement effective sourcing, screening, and interviewing techniques
  • Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees
  • Serve as the point of contact for labor legislation issues
  • Manage employee grievances
  • Measure and analyze employee retention and turnover rates

Required Qualifications

  • B.Sc or HND in Human Resources Management or relevant field
  • Proven work experience as an HR Executive or similar role
  • Familiarity with Human Resources Management Systems and Applicant Tracking Systems
  • Full-cycle recruiting experience
  • Strong knowledge of labor legislation (employment contracts, employee leaves, and insurance)

Required Skills

  • Demonstrable leadership abilities
  • Solid communication skills
  • Hospitality industry experience (preferred)

Location Requirements

Applicants must reside within the Ogba, Ikeja, Agege, Ojodu, or Ketu area of Lagos, Nigeria.
