## Title: Experienced HR Personnel – Hotel Capitol
About the Role
An established hotel group is recruiting an experienced Human Resources professional to manage all HR functions across our chain of hotels.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all recruitment needs across hotel chains
- Conduct training and staff development programs
- Design and implement compensation and benefits packages
- Implement performance review procedures, including quarterly/annual and 360° evaluations
- Develop fair HR policies and ensure employee understanding and compliance
- Implement effective sourcing, screening, and interviewing techniques
- Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees
- Serve as the point of contact for labor legislation issues
- Manage employee grievances
- Measure and analyze employee retention and turnover rates
Required Qualifications
- B.Sc or HND in Human Resources Management or relevant field
- Proven work experience as an HR Executive or similar role
- Familiarity with Human Resources Management Systems and Applicant Tracking Systems
- Full-cycle recruiting experience
- Strong knowledge of labor legislation (employment contracts, employee leaves, and insurance)
Required Skills
- Demonstrable leadership abilities
- Solid communication skills
- Hospitality industry experience (preferred)

Applicants must reside within the Ogba, Ikeja, Agege, Ojodu, or Ketu area of Lagos, Nigeria.
