## Title: Experienced Housekeeper
About the Role
Brilliant Performance Solutions Limited seeks a dedicated and experienced housekeeper to maintain our facilities to the highest standards of cleanliness and organization.
Functional Responsibilities
- Keep facilities clean and well-maintained
- Perform floor care including vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping
- Clean and stock restrooms
- Clean up spills using appropriate equipment
- Notify managers of necessary repairs or maintenance issues
- Collect and dispose of trash appropriately
- Assist guests when necessary
- Provide basic housekeeping duties including changing sheets, arranging towels, and restocking toilet supplies
- Keep the linen room properly stocked
- Clean upholstered furniture
- Gather arrival and departure reports
- Work with the front desk to arrange special requests and welcome amenities
- Attend hotel meetings
- Handle lost and found articles found in rooms
- Respond to guest requests promptly
- Place soiled linen in containers for laundry
- Examine and count linen items before sending to laundry and upon return
- Maintain proper records of discards and determine discard percentages
- Perform detailed deep cleaning when required
- Complete any additional assignments from the Line Manager or Management
Requirements
- Minimum SSCE or OND qualification in a relevant field
- Minimum of three years' housekeeping experience
- Candidates residing near Ogba will be more favorably considered
