Role Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional to join Precious Palm Royal Hotel in Benin City as an Experienced Food & Beverage Supervisor. This is an on-site contract role where you will oversee the daily operations of the food and beverage department, ensuring that service standards are met or exceeded.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise food and beverage staff and manage team performance
• Monitor food quality and service standards consistently
• Address customer concerns promptly and professionally
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Coordinate with kitchen staff on daily operations
• Manage inventory and control costs
• Assist in staff training and development to enhance customer satisfaction
• Contribute to operational efficiency and continuous improvement

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Strong supervisory and leadership skills with proven team management experience
• In-depth knowledge of hospitality service standards and best practices
• Proficiency in food service and customer service delivery
• Excellent communication skills for effective coordination with staff and guests
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in hotel or restaurant management (advantageous)
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred but not mandatory)
