Experienced Facility Manager at CME Engineering Limited

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facility Manager to oversee the effective and efficient running of our facilities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with safety standards, managing vendors, supervising facility operations, and maintaining an environment conducive to staff productivity.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of all facility systems and services
• Conduct routine inspections of the premises to identify maintenance needs and safety concerns
• Manage and supervise all maintenance activities, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, landscaping, and janitorial services
• Prepare and manage facility budgets, including maintenance costs, repairs, utilities, and vendor contracts
• Monitor facility performance and ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies
• Coordinate emergency response, safety drills, and risk management plans
• Liaise with external contractors, artisans, and service providers to ensure quality service delivery
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance schedules, asset inventories, and facility documentation
• Manage space planning, office relocation, and workspace optimization
• Ensure health and safety standards are maintained across the facility
• Handle facility-related complaints and resolve issues promptly

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Facility Management or a related field
• Minimum of 3–5 years of professional experience in facility management or a similar role
• Strong knowledge of building systems (electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC)
• Good understanding of safety, health, and environmental regulations
• Proven ability to manage budgets and vendor contracts
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
