Key Responsibilities

• Provide academic and administrative leadership across all school departments
• Supervise teachers and ensure quality lesson delivery
• Develop and implement school policies and improvement plans
• Monitor students' academic progress and maintain discipline standards
• Organize staff training, meetings, and school events
• Represent the school in external engagements and ensure smooth daily operations

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Education or related field (TRCN required)
• Completion of NYSC
• Experience in a related field, preferably in a leadership or supervisory role
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and decision-making abilities
• Computer literacy
