About the Role
The National Institute of Credit Administration (NICA) is seeking a dedicated Executive Secretary/Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to senior management.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Office Technology & Management or Secretarial Administration
Key Requirements
- Typing speed of 80-100 words per minute
- Advanced proficiency with computer applications for document management, email correspondence, and formatting
- Knowledge of standard executive letter formatting and professional documentation standards
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
- Strong work ethic and commitment to excellence
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
- Punctuality and reliability
- Initiative-taking and proactive approach to work
- Quick turnaround on assigned tasks

Location
Applicants must be residing in one of the following areas in Lagos: Ajah, Badore, Ado Road, Ogombo Town, Lagos Island, Victoria Island, Oniru Estate, Ikoyi, Lekki Phase 1, or Lekki Phase 2.
Compensation
Monthly gross salary: ₦220,000 - ₦250,000
