An established company is recruiting for the following position.
Job Summary
- Our client is seeking an intelligent, resourceful, and proactive young woman to join the team as an Executive Secretary to directly support the Managing Director (MD).
- The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling a wide variety of administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-level administrative support to the Managing Director.
- Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the MD.
- Draft, review, and send communications on behalf of the MD.
- Prepare and manage reports, presentations, and documents for internal and external meetings.
- Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders on behalf of the MD.
- Assist in the management of office operations and general administrative functions
Requirements
- Minimum of HND or BSc in Office Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3-4 years of relevant experience in an executive secretarial role or office management. Previous experience working directly with top executives is a plus.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Must be based in Onitsha or willing to relocate.
Salary
N130,000 - N180,000 Monthly.
