## Title: Executive Sales Representative – Solar Products

Job Summary

The Sales Representative is responsible for generating leads, following up with customers, closing sales, and promoting the company's solar and inverter products. The role requires excellent communication, product understanding, and strong follow-up skills to convert enquiries into paying clients.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Sales

  • Actively reach out to new and existing customers
  • Follow up on leads from social media, website, WhatsApp, referrals, and adverts
  • Conduct product presentations to customers
  • Convert leads into sales through effective communication
  • Explain system sizes, pricing, and installation processes to customers
  • Visit clients for physical assessments when required

Customer Relationship Management

  • Maintain positive relationships with customers before and after installation
  • Answer customer enquiries professionally and promptly
  • Handle objections and complaints politely
  • Maintain client database on Google Sheets or CRM systems
  • Ensure customer satisfaction after installation

Product Knowledge

  • Understand solar panels, batteries, inverters, and installation basics
  • Recommend appropriate system sizes based on customer needs
  • Explain product benefits clearly to customers

Reporting & Targets

  • Meet weekly and monthly sales targets
  • Send daily reports on enquiries, follow-ups, and closed deals
  • Track customer interactions and update CRM

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Number of qualified leads handled weekly
  • Monthly sales achieved
  • Conversion rate (leads to sales)
  • Number of follow-ups completed daily
  • Customer satisfaction and reviews

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Previous experience in sales (solar sales experience is an added advantage)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to explain technical information simply
  • Good follow-up habits
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
  • Basic knowledge of solar energy systems
