The suitable candidate will manage both business and personal affairs by handling complex scheduling, correspondence, travel, and events, acting as a gatekeeper, and ensuring seamless daily operations for the executive's efficiency and productivity, often requiring discretion, adaptability, and strong organizational skills.  Key Responsibilities: - Communication: Screening and directing calls, emails, and mail; drafting correspondence, presentations, and reports; acting as a liaison with internal staff and external stakeholders. - Travel & Logistics: Arranging detailed business travel (flights, hotels, itineraries) and family vacations, often troubleshooting disruptions. - Meeting & Event Support: Organizing meetings, preparing agendas, taking minutes, and coordinating corporate events or speaking engagements. - Administrative & Financial Tasks: Processing expense reports, managing files, overseeing office supplies, and handling daily financial transactions. - Project & Research Support: Conducting research, compiling data, and supporting special projects or strategic initiatives. - Personal Support (for blended roles): Running errands, managing household staff, booking personal appointments, and handling family logistics.  Essential Skills & Qualifications - Qualification: Minimum of OND. - Discretion: Absolute confidentiality when handling sensitive information. - Organization: Exceptional planning, multitasking, and detail-oriented approach. - Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Proactivity: Ability to anticipate needs, make quick decisions, and troubleshoot issues. - Tech Proficiency: Mastery of MS Office Suite, Google Workspace, and scheduling tools. - Experience: Proven background in administrative support.
