Executive Chef / Cook at Milestone Hotel

Key Responsibilities

• Cater to the needs of all customers, delivering exceptional food and service
• Deliver consistent, high food standards in line with Milestone Boutique Apartments brand values
• Create fresh, seasonal, and innovative dishes inspired by national and intercontinental cuisines
• Maintain the highest standards of food safety, hygiene, and Health & Safety practices and record keeping
• Manage allergy reporting and ensure accurate signposting for customers
• Oversee budgeting, ordering, and stock control

Required Skills and Experience

• Proven experience in a high-end hospitality or similar venue
• Local knowledge and experience working in the area
• A genuine love of food and teamwork
• Positive attitude and strong leadership skills
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to perform under pressure in a busy environment
• Passion for exceptional service and attention to detail
• Strong understanding of service styles and current food trends
• Creative and innovative approach to menu development
• Excellent presentation, organisation, and time management skills
• Proactive, reliable, and hands-on approach

Compensation and Work Schedule

Salary: N100,000 – N150,000 per month

Work Schedule Options (12-hour shifts):

• 5 working days on and 2 days off weekly
• 2 working days on and 5 days off weekly
• 4 working days on and 4 days off weekly
